Just the ticket for Arsenal's new stadium

Every Arsenal season ticket holder and club member needs a new smart card, with a built-in chip, to gain entry to the new Emirates stadium.

Send was entrusted to work with Ticketmaster’s Synchro Systems to issue each member with their own personalised smart card. Each ticket holder also received a DVD video and map demonstrating the best way to travel to the stadium and how to find their new seat.

Loyalty is On The Cards

Many retail, hotel and leisure businesses use a simple but effective means of rewarding loyalty: a collector card.

The customer is given a card with their first purchase and gets it stamped for each subsequent purchase. Once all the stamps are collected, the completed card is handed over at the till for a free coffee, complimentary meal, free night’s accommodation etc.
