Just the ticket for Arsenal's new stadium
Every Arsenal season ticket holder and club member needs a new smart card, with a built-in chip, to gain entry to the new Emirates stadium.
Send was entrusted to work with Ticketmaster’s Synchro Systems to issue each member with their own personalised smart card. Each ticket holder also received a DVD video and map demonstrating the best way to travel to the stadium and how to find their new seat.
The logistics were formidable. Send processed and mailed large numbers of season tickets coupled with tight deadlines and the need for total accuracy.
Over 120,000 season tickets and membership cards have been mailed to fans this season.
